International Legacy Association, Inc is not affiliated to any pyramid or any Ponzi scheme or illegal activities. This Association, Inc is not a gifting program and does not engage in any known illegal activities.

Prior to starting, we sought legal advice and resources to initiate this Association, Inc.

All members or donors or business sponsors will not hold the International Legacy Association, Inc nor its existing or past leaders, President Vice Presidents representatives, officers, Board of Directors, or Executive Committee members liable. Members agree to not sue nor slander International Legacy Association, Inc or any members, or leaders such as Association, Inc President, Vice Presidents, Administrators, Marketing Representatives, Treasurer, Secretary, Public Relations or fundraising teams, advisors or any representative, and will not hold them responsible for any debts, loss, contributions or pain and suffering from any activities whether previous, existing or future with any representative or leader of the International Legacy Association, Inc or any member of the Association, Inc. Members and volunteers agree to not have any malicious intent toward any member, leader or representative of the International Legacy Association, Inc.

Members recognize that any contributions or donations made are made freely and willingly and members do not give expecting any money or gifts in return. Any money given to International Legacy Association, Inc is not an investment of any kind but considered a contribution or donation, or member fees. Businesses however can sponsor or pay for advertisement or promotion of their business on the Association Incs' official website and approved media promotions.

Members are not required to recruit or invite any persons into the Association, Inc to gain membership or to be in good standing with Association, Inc.

Please note that any financial assistance given to members is based on requests that have been approved and are based on needs. Please note that priority is given to emergencies and forms turned in first, and assistance is based on the Association, Inc financial budget, on a case by case basis, and there is no discrimination nor favoritism shown to anyone.

Workers for the Association, Inc are volunteers who do not expect anything in return for their services and can accept stipends if given if the financial budget and resources ff the Association, Inc allows.

Association, Inc exists to be a nonprofit organization filing all necessary documentation and registration with the government and while there may be profits gained from the activity it will be used to develop Association, Inc members and programs and to facilitate the mission and goal of the International Legacy Association, Inc.

All volunteers and leaders are in sound mind to the best of our knowledge and no member or leader is exempt from following members' rules.

This Association is not associated with any specific organization, church, or Association, Inc but may network with other groups for a common cause.
